National Health Insurance Fund repealed its order establishing longer deadlines for ATI responses

Thanks to the active stance taken by the AIP and some media, the order by National Healthcare Insurance Fund (NHIF) director, which was repealed. 

On its website, the NHIF published a short notice titled "Despite the objective difficulties, the NHIF is open to the public". Thus, the temporary extension of the deadline for responding to requests for access to public information was eliminated. The institution - which is an obliged entity under the Access to Public Information Act (APIA) - will now provide answers to information seekers as per the deadline required by law - within two calendar weeks.
