AIP Annual Report Access to Information in Bulgaria 2021

Access to Information Programme Foundation invites for online press conference on 15th of July 2022 at 14.00 to present the 22nd Annual Report on the Access to Information Situation in Bulgaria.

2021 Report contains:

► Recommendations related to the access to information legal framework and its implementation;

2018, including for representation in court.

► Assessment of the regulations in the access to information area;
► Analysis of the results from the assessment of the proactive transparency of 563 institutions in Bulgaria;
► Аnalyses of the access to information cases referred to AIP for legal aid and consultation during 2021 including for representation in court;
► 7 attachments.
